Located in the heart of the Rotterdam port, in the 'Rotterdam port delta', we are strategically positioned just half an hour's drive from the largest European container terminals. Our location gives us a competitive advantage, allowing us to act flexibly and quickly in loading both our own and third-party containers. Situated directly on the water in the Wilhelminahaven in Schiedam, we can even receive barge ships for large-scale projects, making our services even more flexible.

Our Process

Collection or Receipt of Vehicles: Our process begins with the collection of vehicles from our customers or the delivery of vehicles to our warehouse in Schiedam. We ensure all vehicles are present on time for loading.
Preparation of Export Documentation: After receipt, we carefully prepare the export documentation for customs. If necessary, we also organize the deregistration of vehicles with the RDW for vehicles registered with Dutch plates.
Inspection and Reporting: Before we start loading, we conduct a thorough inspection of all vehicles. We create detailed inspection reports and photo reports to document the condition of each vehicle before loading.
Preparation of Vehicles: We ensure the vehicles are ready for transport. This includes checking fuel levels and disconnecting batteries if necessary. Everything is done according to the specific requirements and wishes of the customer and relevant laws and regulations.
Loading of Vehicles: The loading is done with great care and precision. We manually place the vehicles in the container to avoid damage. If necessary, we use lifting equipment, always taking precautions such as using rubber blocks under the vehicles to prevent damage.
Use of High-Quality Lashing Materials: We use only the best lashing materials to secure the vehicles firmly in the container. Special soft nylon straps are used to prevent damage to the vehicles, such as scratches on the rims.
Inspection and Sealing of the Container: After loading, we make another extensive photo report to document the situation after loading. Then we seal the container to ensure the safety and integrity of the cargo.
Transport to the Port: Our in-house transporter, Van Tiel Transport, transports the loaded container to the port of Rotterdam or Antwerp, depending on where the container will depart. From there, the container is loaded onto a ship for shipment to the final destination.
